I’VE SPENT MY WHOLE CAREER AS AN OPTICAL ASSISTANT.
When I was young I used to visit my local optician in Belfast regularly, as I needed glasses. I liked the way I was cared for so, on leaving school, I decided to try for a job there. That was my first job, and I’m happy to say I’m still an optical assistant to this day.
I have been fascinated to see the world of glasses evolve from being an unwanted necessity to being a must-have accessory.
At Jonathan Hall Opticians I’m inspired by our culture as I love doing my very best for people and helping in any way I can. I particularly like rising to challenges and making people’s day. It’s great to be part of an award-winning practice. Things are always moving forward here, whether it’s new eyecare equipment, new frame ranges or training sessions taking us to the next level.
When I’m not working I enjoy time with family & friends, walking in the Mourne mountains, or cruising Lough Erne.
